The Center for Arab American Philanthropy (CAAP) is not only engaged in strengthening individual philanthropy in the Arab American community, but is committed to strengthening Arab American community organizations meeting the most critical needs in the community. Strong community organizations are essential for the development and empowerment of the community as a whole. CAAP currently conducts one round of general grantmaking per year, releasing our Request for Proposals in January or February, and making awards in the summer. For more information on CAAP's grantmaking, see our Grantmaking Frequently Asked Questions page. For more information on CAAP's prior grantees, see the lists of 2009, 2010 and 2011 awards.
